38 ACP; excellent bore, very good grips, 6'' barrel, Manufactured in 1896. Original factory nickel finish and checkered hard rubber grips. Matching serial numbers. Colt's address in two lines on top of the barrel. Patent dates in three lines on the left side of the frame along with the circled Rampant Colt logo. 90% nickel finish remains with most loss on the cylinder. Generous fire blue finish remains on the small parts and screws. Mechanically in fine condition with a clean sharp bore. Antique., s/n 1018xx
